Yes. I earned my Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (N.D.) degree from Sonoran University of Health Sciences and am licensed in Minnesota.
Through Vine & Vessel Wellness, I provide educational wellness coaching rather than medical care. While my training prepared me to practice as a naturopathic doctor in the appropriate clinical setting, I created Vine & Vessel Wellness to focus on the part of healthcare that has always been closest to my heart—helping people understand their bodies, cultivate lasting habits, and become confident stewards of their health.
My education gave me a strong scientific foundation and taught me to think critically, ask deeper questions, and appreciate the remarkable design of the human body. Through my own experiences, faith, and continued learning, I came to believe that lasting wellness extends beyond physical health alone. Our thoughts, emotions, relationships, purpose, and spiritual lives all influence our well-being and deserve to be cared for alongside the body.
Vine & Vessel Wellness was created to provide the time, space, and relationships needed to educate, encourage, and walk alongside others as they pursue whole-person wellness. My hope is not simply to help people feel better today, but to equip them with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to faithfully steward their health for years to come.

-
No. Vine & Vessel Wellness provides educational wellness coaching and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. My faith shapes the way I approach wellness, compassion, and stewardship, but I respect every individual's beliefs. If you'd like faith to be part of our conversations, I'm happy to incorporate it. If not, our sessions will remain focused on your health goals.

Not at all. Wellness coaching isn't just for addressing health concerns—it's for anyone who wants to live more intentionally. Whether you're looking to build healthier habits, create more balance, deepen your understanding of your body, or faithfully steward your health, coaching can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

The name reflects two ideas that are central to my philosophy. The vine represents remaining rooted in Christ, the true source of life, wisdom, and growth (John 15). The vessel represents the bodies and lives we've been entrusted to steward with care. Together, Vine & Vessel Wellness is a reminder that lasting wellness isn't simply about avoiding illness—it's about faithfully caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
